The house has belonged to the same family for the last 45 years. Many good moments have been shared here and that is why they wanted to keep several of the basic elements of the building. The building has an excellent orientation to the south and the view and has three levels. The basic requirement was to divide the house into two new houses, an independent 90m2 apartment on the first level and a three-level maisonette on the upper floors. Thus, the living rooms were expanded to the second level and another level was created for a play room under the roof. Along with the renovation, the whole building was energetically upgraded with thermal facade, energy frames and solar panels. The final surface became 440m2.
